How to place an order

Thank you for choosing Novaharness. Ordering with us is quick and easy.

Explore the catalogue and add the items you want to your cart.

Everything we make is made to measure. If you are not sure of your size, check the size chart on the product page, or send us your measurements and we will make the piece to fit you. If you prefer, send us a photo in fitted clothes (no face needed) and we will work the size out for you. Belts and harnesses have adjustment margin, so the fit can be corrected after you receive them.

Checkout and shipping information

Enter your delivery address. Shipping is free worldwide — nothing is added at checkout. See Shipping & Delivery for delivery times.

Choose your payment method

We accept card payments and PayPal. If an order is cancelled, the money is returned to the card it was paid from.

Review and confirm

Double-check your items, sizes, shipping address and payment method, then press Place order. You will receive a confirmation email straight away, and a tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
