Black Latex Bodycon Tank Mini Dress

That ordinary shape is the whole trick. There is no cut-out, no hardware and nothing to explain at the door, so the material gets to be the only unusual thing in the room. It is the latex dress you can wear somewhere that is not a club, and the one people are most surprised to find out is latex at all.

Straight and short leaves nowhere to hide. The dress follows the hip the entire way down, so it either fits exactly or it looks wrong, and that is precisely why it is cut from your own bust, waist and hip rather than from a chart. A centimetre loose here and it rides up all evening.

The back is as clean as the front, which matters more than it sounds: black latex across the shoulder blades under a low light is the part of this dress people remember.

Latex: natural latex, 0.4 mm. Light enough to move in all evening, heavy enough to hold its shine and its shape.

Putting latex on: take it slowly, a little at a time, and bring it up over the hips rather than pulling from the straps. A dusting of talc on your skin first makes it glide instead of grip.
