Shipping policy
Every piece we sell is made by hand for one person, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be picked. Here is exactly what happens after you place an order.
1. We email you for measurements
Right after your order we write to you and ask for your bust, waist, hip and thigh measurements. Please check your inbox and your spam folder, because your piece is not cut until we hear back from you. The sooner you reply, the sooner it ships.
2. We make your piece: 3 to 7 days
The latex is 0.4 mm thick and every panel is cut and glued by hand to your measurements. Full sets and complex pieces can take a little longer, and we tell you if that is the case.
3. We ship it, free, anywhere we deliver
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. As soon as your parcel leaves us you get an email with the tracking number, so you can follow it the whole way.
How long delivery takes after shipping
- Europe: usually 7 to 20 days
- United States and Canada: from 14 days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 30 days depending on the country
These are postal times, not ours. Customs checks, local holidays and weather can stretch them and we have no way to speed that part up. If your parcel has clearly stalled, write to us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Customs and import duties
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in your country. These are set by your government, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay here.
Discreet packaging
Your order arrives in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.
Wrong address or nobody home
Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we will send it again once you cover the return postage.
