Black Latex Mini Dress with Sheer Panel and Crosses

Solid black from the ribs down, see through from the ribs up, and two small crosses where the sheer part would otherwise show everything. The joke is old and it still works, because the moment you stop laughing you notice the dress is a serious shape.

The collar closes at the throat, which is what keeps the whole thing from tipping into costume. Covered at the neck and transparent across the chest pull against each other, and that tension is the entire design. There is nothing else on it: no zip, no cut-out, no hardware.

Below the bust it goes straight and stops high on the thigh, so the black follows the hip the whole way down. A cut that close either fits exactly or looks wrong, which is why it is made from your own bust, waist and hip rather than from a chart.

Translucent latex takes more care than black. There is nowhere for an uneven edge to hide, every join shows, and the crosses have to land in exactly the right place on your own chest rather than on an average one.

The piece: sleeveless mini dress with a high collar, a sheer upper panel and two crosses at the bust. Sold as one piece, in sizes XS to XXXL. The boots in the photographs are not included.

Latex: natural latex, 0.4 mm. Light enough to move in all evening, heavy enough to hold its shine and its shape.

Colours: shown in black with a translucent panel. We also make the solid parts in red, pink, baby pink, olive, royal blue and turquoise. Purple is available too, just ask us about the current price.

Putting latex on: take it slowly, a little at a time, bring the collar over your head last, and mind your nails on the sheer panel. A dusting of talc on your skin first makes it glide instead of grip. Translucent latex marks easily, so keep it away from dark fabric and untreated leather.
